You've got the keys to a brand-new three-bedroom condo at Muse — one mile from Lower Broadway, two blocks from Third & Lindsley, and tuned for the kind of Nashville trip you've actually been planning. Take a quick walk-through when you arrive and let us know if anything's not right within the first 4 hours so we can make it perfect for you.

Everything you need to know
Building Main Entrance & Common Areas
Enter pin 528163 then press the # (pound) key in the bottom-right corner. The entrance door will unlock. Same code works for all common areas — fitness center, rooftop, lobby.
Residence 411 Smart Lock
Your residence code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. To unlock from outside: press the Home logo, then enter your 4 digits. To lock from outside: press the Lock logo. From inside, just turn the thumb-turn. Your code is active from check-in to check-out only.

Check-in opens at 4:00 PM. Please don't arrive earlier than that — our housekeepers need the time to make the condo spotless.
Use your access codes (above) to enter the building and the residence. When you're in, take a quick walk-through and notify us within the first 4 hours of anything broken or not right so it doesn't get attributed to your stay.
Need an early check-in? Text us at (469) 844-1989 — we'll do our best, but it depends on the previous guest's check-out and the cleaning schedule.
Check-out is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning crew arrives shortly after, so please be fully out the door by 11.
Before you go — quick checklist:
- Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it
- Empty the fridge and pantry of perishables (take leftovers with you)
- Place dirty towels in a pile on the bathroom floor
- Set the thermostat to 78°F in summer / 60°F in winter
- Take all trash to the trash room (LEFT down the hall, RIGHT at the end, door on the RIGHT)
- Lock all windows and doors
- Double-check under beds and inside drawers

Don't forget: phone & camera chargers, makeup & shaving bag, jewelry, eyeglasses, extra shoes, anything you brought (pillows, beach towels). Forgotten items: $25 service charge plus postage to mail back, up to 30 days in high season.
Free street parking is available out front along Lindsley Avenue.
Covered parking under the building is available for a daily fee, charged by the building. The QR code and current rate are posted in the entry hall.

Please don't leave valuables visible in your car — Nashville sees occasional petty theft. Take everything inside or stash in the trunk before you park.
All trash goes to the building's trash room down the hall:
- Out the residence door, turn LEFT into the hallway
- Walk to the end of the hall, turn RIGHT
- The trash room door is immediately on the RIGHT
Please bag everything before you toss it. Trash bags are stocked in the kitchen.
- Quiet hours 9 PM – 8 AM. The building is a private residence — noise complaints carry a $500 fine that we pass along to the booking guest.
- No smoking anywhere on the property — including the rooftop, balconies, and hallways. $500 fee per incident.
- No confetti or glitter. Anywhere. Cleaning fees triple if either is found.
- No clear tape, thumbtacks, or nails on the walls. Use the blue painter's tape in the kitchen drawer if you need to hang anything.
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- Only the guests registered on the reservation are allowed in the condo. Nashville code enforcement is strict.
- Don't flush anything but toilet paper — no feminine products, no baby wipes, no paper towels.
- Treat the condo like your own home — it IS Michelle & Justin's personal property.
- Property exterior is monitored 24/7 by security cameras through a local security company.
- Carbon monoxide alarms are installed.
- The building is secure — keypad entry on every common-area door.

How everything works
A few notes on the condo's quirks, where to find things, and the building's amenities you have access to.
The building's fitness center is on-site, open 24/7. Use your common-area code 528163# on the door.
Free weights, cardio machines, and a stretching area. Burn off last night's hot chicken without leaving the elevator.
Building rooftop lounge with downtown Nashville skyline views — same common-area code 528163# on the rooftop access door.
Bring your own drinks and snacks; pull up the lounge furniture and enjoy. Best at sunset and after dark with the string lights on.
Rooftop is no-smoking and no-amplified-music. Quiet hours apply (9 PM – 8 AM).
Every TV in the condo is a smart TV signed in to the in-room Wi-Fi. Use the remote to launch Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or Prime.
Apps may already be signed in from a previous guest — please log out before checkout if you signed into your own accounts.
Bluetooth speaker is paired and ready in the living room. Connect via the speaker's name in your phone's Bluetooth menu.
Fully-stocked: stainless appliances, dishwasher, full-size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, full set of cookware, glasses, and silverware.
The marble island seats 4. The dining table seats 6 (8 if everyone leans in).
Coffee maker: drip-style. Filters and starter pods are in the cabinet above the machine.
Dishwasher: detergent pods are under the sink. Run only when full to save water.
Every bedroom has a Hollywood-bulb LED vanity mirror. The on/off and brightness buttons are on the mirror frame itself.
Tap to turn on, hold (or tap again) to dim or brighten. Three intensity levels.
Both bathrooms have GFCI safety outlets that automatically trip if there's a circuit overload (common with hairdryers and curling irons running together).
If a hairdryer, charger, or any plug suddenly stops working, look for a small RESET button on the outlet face and press it firmly. Most issues are fixed in under a second.
Message us if it doesn't reset on the first try — we'll walk you through it.
The building's plumbing is sensitive — please do NOT flush feminine products, baby wipes, paper towels, or anything besides toilet paper. Clogs cost everyone.
